Account

Visit skillteca.com.br and click Criar conta (Create account). Enter your email and a password, or use Google or LinkedIn to sign up in one click. See Creating Your Account for the full walkthrough.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, go to the login page, click Reenviar e-mail de verificação (Resend verification email), and try again. Make sure the email address you signed up with is correct.
Yes. Go to your avatar → Configurações (Settings) → Conta tab → Alterar e-mail (Change email). You will need to verify the new address before it becomes active.
On the login page, click Esqueci minha senha (Forgot my password) and enter your email. You will receive a reset link valid for 24 hours.

Courses and learning

Yes. The majority of courses on Skillteca are in Portuguese. You can filter the catalog by language — go to Explorar, use the Idioma (Language) filter, and select Português.
Offline access depends on your subscription plan. If your plan includes offline downloads, you will see a Download button on each lesson in the course player. Downloaded lessons are accessible through the Skillteca mobile app.
Active subscribers have access to all enrolled courses for as long as their subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, you will lose access to paid-plan courses until you renew.
Yes. If you do not pass a quiz or final assessment, you can retake it after a short waiting period. The number of attempts and waiting time vary by course and are shown on the assessment page.
Click the bookmark icon (☆) on any course card or course detail page. Bookmarked courses appear in your Minha aprendizagem section under the Salvos (Saved) tab.

Certificates

Your certificate is issued automatically once you complete all lessons and pass the final assessment (if the course has one). It appears in your Certificados (Certificates) section within minutes of completion.
Open your certificate in Certificados and click Adicionar ao LinkedIn (Add to LinkedIn). This opens a prefilled form in LinkedIn — just click Save to add it to your profile.
Yes. Each certificate has a unique public URL. Anyone can visit that URL to verify your name, the course title, and the completion date. Share the link from Copiar link on your certificate page.
Check that you passed the final assessment — some courses require a minimum score before the certificate is issued. Open the course in Minha aprendizagem and confirm all lessons are marked complete. If the issue persists, contact support.

Teams

Admins can invite members, assign courses and paths, set deadlines, and view team reports. Members take courses, track their own progress, and earn certificates — but cannot manage other users or view team reports.
Yes. Admins have a full learner seat and can enroll in courses just like any team member.
Team progress and report data are retained for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can export everything. After 90 days, the data is permanently deleted.

Billing

Skillteca accepts major credit cards and debit cards. Brazilian customers can also pay via PIX or boleto bancário on select plans. Contact support for more information.
Skillteca offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new individual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact support to request a full refund.
Go to your avatar → Faturamento (Billing) → Cancelar assinatura (Cancel subscription). Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See Billing for full details.
