Your Skillteca subscription gives you access to the course library and platform features. You can manage your plan, update payment details, and view invoices from the Billing page.

Opening billing settings

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Faturamento (Billing)

Subscription plans

Skillteca offers plans for individual learners and teams:

Upgrading or changing your plan

Open Faturamento

Go to your avatar → Faturamento.

Click Alterar plano

Click Alterar plano (Change plan) to see the available options.

Select a new plan

Choose the plan you want and click Continuar (Continue).

Confirm payment

Review the billing summary and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Updating your payment method

  1. Open Faturamento
  2. Click Alterar forma de pagamento (Change payment method)
  3. Enter your new card details or connect a different payment option
  4. Click Salvar (Save)
Your old payment method is replaced immediately.

Viewing invoices

All invoices are listed in the Histórico de faturas (Invoice history) section of the Billing page. Click any invoice to view or download it as a PDF.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Open Faturamento
  2. Click Cancelar assinatura (Cancel subscription)
  3. Follow the confirmation prompts
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan and you can continue to access free courses.
Cancelling a team plan removes all team members from the paid plan at the end of the billing cycle. Team progress data and reports are retained and accessible for 90 days after cancellation.

Receipts and tax documents

Invoices include an itemized breakdown of charges. If you need a specific tax document (such as a nota fiscal for Brazilian customers), contact the Skillteca support team through the Contact page with your invoice number.
