Learning paths on Skillteca are curated sequences of courses grouped by career role, skill area, or outcome. Instead of picking courses one by one, a learning path gives you a structured roadmap with a clear start, middle, and end.
What is a learning path?
A learning path bundles several related courses into a recommended order. Completing all courses in a path shows mastery of the subject area and earns you a path completion certificate in addition to individual course certificates.
Examples of learning paths on Skillteca:
- Data Analyst
- Product Manager
- Digital Marketing Professional
- Python Developer
- UX / UI Designer
- Leadership for Managers
Finding learning paths
You can browse learning paths from the catalog. In the Explorar section, click Trilhas (Paths) in the tab bar at the top of the catalog to switch from individual courses to learning paths.
Filter paths by:
- Career area — Technology, Business, Marketing, Design, Leadership
- Duration — total estimated hours across all courses in the path
- Level — Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Enrolling in a learning path
Open the path detail page
Click a learning path card in the catalog to see the full path overview.
Review the path structure
The detail page lists all courses in the path, their order, estimated duration, and what you will learn in each one.
Click Enroll
Click Matricular-se na trilha (Enroll in path). This automatically enrolls you in all courses in the path at once.
Follow the path order
The path guides you through courses in a recommended order. You can still jump ahead, but completing them in sequence gives the best learning outcome.
Tracking path progress
Your overall path progress is shown as a percentage on the path overview page in Minha aprendizagem. Individual course progress contributes to the overall path percentage.
Earning a path certificate
Once you complete all courses in a learning path, Skillteca automatically issues a path completion certificate. This certificate is separate from individual course certificates and appears in your Certificates section.
Path certificates are especially useful for sharing on LinkedIn because they represent a broader skill area, not just a single course. Use the LinkedIn share button on the certificate page to post it directly to your profile.
Team-assigned paths
If you are a member of a team plan, your team admin can assign you a specific learning path. Assigned paths appear at the top of your Minha aprendizagem section with an Atribuído (Assigned) badge. These may have a completion deadline set by your admin.
