# Enroll in a Skillteca Course and Start Learning

> Step-by-step guide to enrolling in a Skillteca course, navigating the course player, completing lessons, and passing your final assessments.

Enrolling in a course on Skillteca gives you full access to all its lessons, downloads, and the final assessment. Once enrolled, you can learn at your own pace — there are no deadlines unless your team admin has set one.

## Enrolling in a course

    Browse the catalog or search for a course, then click the course card to open its detail page.

    Click the **Matricular-se** (Enroll) button on the course detail page. If the course is part of a paid plan or requires an add-on purchase, you will be redirected to the checkout flow first.

  <Step title="Access the course player">
    After enrolling, click **Iniciar curso** (Start course) to open the course player. The first lesson loads automatically.

## Using the course player

The course player is the main interface for watching lessons and completing activities.

### Lesson navigation

The **lesson panel** on the left lists all modules and lessons. Completed lessons are marked with a checkmark. Click any lesson title to jump directly to it — you can revisit completed lessons at any time.

### Lesson types

| Type         | Description                                                                                               |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Video**    | Watch a recorded lesson. Use the playback speed controls (0.75×, 1×, 1.25×, 1.5×, 2×) to adjust the pace. |
| **Text**     | Read through written content, diagrams, and examples.                                                     |
| **Quiz**     | Answer multiple-choice or true/false questions. You must pass to move on.                                 |
| **Exercise** | Apply what you learned through a practical activity or downloadable worksheet.                            |

### Marking lessons complete

Click **Marcar como concluído** (Mark as complete) at the end of each lesson. This updates your progress bar and unlocks the next lesson.

  For quiz lessons, the lesson is marked complete automatically once you pass the quiz.

## Final assessment

Many courses end with a final assessment — a graded quiz or project that tests what you have learned. You must achieve the minimum passing score (shown on the assessment page) to complete the course and earn your certificate.

* If you do not pass on the first attempt, you can retake the assessment after a short waiting period.
* The number of allowed attempts and the waiting period vary by course.

## Accessing your enrolled courses

All courses you have enrolled in appear in **Minha aprendizagem** (My learning). You can:

* Resume a course from where you left off
* View your progress percentage per course
* Download course materials and resources

## Unenrolling from a course

To remove a course from your library, open the course in **Minha aprendizagem**, click the **⋯** (more options) menu, and select **Cancelar matrícula** (Unenroll). Unenrolling removes your progress data for that course.

  Unenrolling is permanent. Your progress will not be saved. If you want to pause without losing progress, simply stop watching — your progress is saved automatically.
